En Automated Export System (AES) is the online automated system for filing U.S. Shipper’s Export Declarations. Before AES, the export system was paper-bound; expensive, labor intensive, error prone. AES uses proven technology in a new way to address a significant problem with the export process. AES provides an alternative to filing paper Electronic Export Information (EEI).
How Does AES Work?
The export process begins when you decide to export merchandise. You or us as your authorized agent transmit your export filing electronically to CBP and other federal agencies.
